Brighter skin = look younger
What makes you look older?
Wrinkles, sagging...sure.
But dull, pigmented and damaged skin can make you look YEARS older at any age.
The photo above shows a person not very old. No obvious wrinkles and sagging, but still looking years older than the after photo.
BRIGHTENING = GLOW = YOUTHFUL
I've seen some pretty dramatic results with skincare over the years.
Glycolics and exfoliators that can literally transform skin.
Tools that can make you look instantly more refreshed and youthful.
Skincare that actually gets results, boosts collagen and brings back younger-looking skin overall.
But...one thing I've seen that most dramatically can make you look years younger...is simply by brightening and helping the skin glow natually.
If you need serious repair, visit a professional for an in-office treatment and then use the correct products at home.
But if you just want to reduce sun spotting, damage, discoloration, you can do it by using this simple protocol.
REMOVE - BRIGHTEN/INFUSE - GLOW
Remove the old, dead skin cells with a good chemical or physical exfoliation. Do this at least weekly. NOTE: I prefer a chemical or enzyme peel vs. a physical exfoliation (like microdermabrasion) for the face/neck/dec area. These are thinner-skinned than the body and more prone to micro-tears (which can lead to larger crevices = wrinkles, lines). Using a chemical/enzyme peel is usually adequate unless you need a lot of repair. If you do, a good in-office peel or laser at least once or twice a year (or maybe a short series) should help a lot! This is an excellent set to brighten, plump skin and help deeply hydrate.
Use a good brightening serum infused into your skin with a light microneedling - Light microneedling + a brightening serum is excellent at helping your skin glow, brighten and reduce spots and discoloration.
Incorporate an LED treatment into your weekly skincare (use at least 2-3 times) - LED can be a great tool for getting a brighter glow to any skintone. Use the multi-light function on your device (like Time Master Pro) or the green light. It’s very important to use a quality LED device as some cheaper devices are just colored lights and will not do anything for your skin!
