The single best anti-aging skincare product (hint: it’s not sunscreen, serums or wrinkle cream)
Most people overestimate what a single product can do for aging skin.
The truth? Consistency with the right routine outperforms any miracle cream.
I see it every day: clients who stick to a protocol—gentle cleansing, targeted serums, and weekly device use—see real, lasting change. It's not about chasing trends but building habits that fit your life.
What’s the one skincare step you never skip, no matter how busy you get?
In my opinion, it’s the very, very most basic of all: CLEANSING
If I could do only one thing daily for my skin, it would be to cleanse it well with the right product.
Now, since I can only do ONE thing (in this imaginary scenario), I would have to choose product that does multiple things within it…right?
Get the most bang for the buck, so to speak.
So, for me I’d choose a cleansing, exfoliating and hydrating cleanser (three things in one product).
My first choice would be QUL EXFOLIATING CLEANSER.
It cleanses with a water-based cleanser. It gently exfoliates. It also is hydrating and not stripping.
It’s a great 3-in-1 product.
It’s also got green tea, probiotics and pyrus malus.
Pyrus malus? What in the heck is that?
It’s simply apple extract (in skincare). This is great for antioxidant properties, brightening, Vitamin C and anti-inflammatory.
You get all of that, plus a light exfoliation with full spectrum CBD and apricot seed.
If I’m going for the next level, I might choose the HOP+ Pro Volumizing Foaming Cleanser.
This is cleansing and gentle. It also provides some volumizing in PLLA form (builds collagen). It also a host of many other wonderful anti-aging properties/ingredients. See the full list
Overall, it’s a more luxury option, but very nice and helps with anti-aging, improving texture and hydration as well as cleansing.
Cleansing skin will help:
Keep it clean and free of oil and pore-clogging debris (obvious).
Keep your skin renewal going (if you choose a cleanser with exfoliant or use an exfoliating device or sponge).
Help keep your skin balanced and fresh and glowing.
Yes, to truly keep your skin in tip-top condition, you should do more. A good serum or two and the best hydration for your needs is needed.
However, the very basics of skincare can provide a great, simple solution to moving forward without doing a lot of extra work (or spending more money).
