Taking care of it all…BODY AND SKIN

OK, so you eat well.

You work out a few times week.

You try not to drink too much wine, eat too much sugar and get those greens!

I live in the desert.

Indie companies who make small batch products or the BIG boys on TV.


It's your choice what to put on your body, face. How to spend your money.


Making it work best for you and not plumping up huge cosmetic companies--sometimes a little thought behind your choices will make all the difference.
It has for me.

This helps to effectively "warm them up" and make them active before you do your targeted lifting. It seems to really help make the treatment last!
